Note: Any repairs made by non-Aquaria-authorized service providers void the warranty.
All Aquaria Hydropacks come with a 3-year standard warranty.

Whether you're making a claim or just need clarity, our support team is here for you.
Your coverage starts on the delivery date, so first locate your proof of purchase. Then email Aquaria Support at support@aquaria.world (or call +1 888-589-4605), describe the issue, and include photos or a short video if you can. Our team or an Aquaria-certified local dealer will diagnose the problem and take it from there. If you bought from a dealer, your warranty is fully valid as long as the dealer is Aquaria-certified — just keep your receipt.
Yes. Hydropack models can be covered by an extended plan if you purchase it within one year of delivery. A 5-year plan runs $999–$2,999 and an 8-year plan runs $1,499–$4,499, depending on your model. If you'd like to add extended coverage, contact our support team and we'll help you choose the right plan.
Routine maintenance is part of normal ownership and isn't itself covered by the warranty, but keeping up with it is what keeps your system — and your coverage — in good standing. One thing to know: using non-approved parts or filters can void your warranty and may cause damage we won't be able to cover, so we recommend sticking with genuine Aquaria filters and parts.
The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship — not wear-and-tear or outside damage. It doesn't cover routine maintenance (like filter changes and tune-ups), damage from misuse, accidents, pests, or improper installation and electrical setup, non-Aquaria parts or modifications, or natural disasters such as flooding, storms, fire, and earthquakes. Expedited shipping costs aren't included. And repairs made by anyone other than an Aquaria-authorized service provider will void the warranty.
Every Hydropack (S, Hydropack, and X) comes with a 3-year warranty covering both parts and labor, valid in the US and internationally. The Hydropixel is covered for 1 year, also parts and labor, US and international. Coverage begins on your delivery date, and the full policy for each product is available as a PDF on this page.

Two quick steps. We'll send the right system size, expected output for your climate, and exact pricing — usually within one business day.
