Like any machine, regular care is key. Our warranty doesn’t apply to:
  • Routine maintenance (e.g. filter changes, tune-ups)
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, rodents, or pests
  • Improper installation or electrical setup
  • Non-Aquaria parts, modifications, or third-party repairs
  • Natural disasters (e.g. flooding, storms, fire, earthquakes)
  • Expedited shipping costs

Note: Any repairs made by non-Aquaria-authorized service providers void the warranty.

Extended Warranty Options

All Aquaria Hydropacks come with a 3-year standard warranty. For added peace of mind, you may purchase an Extended Warranty plan, which provides a full 5 years of total coverage. Check terms below:

You have 1 year from the delivery date to purchase an Extended Warranty

The Extended Warranty replaces the standard 3-year warranty

Coverage begins on the installation or delivery date (whichever is earlier)

Using non-approved parts or filters will void your warranty and may cause damage not covered by us.

Is my warranty still valid if I bought from a local dealer?

Yes, as long as the dealer is Aquaria-certified. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

How do I know if my Aquaria machine is still under warranty
